Warranty

We're proud of our leather goods, and we believe you'll love them as much as we do. We strive to make sure every item we sell is of highest quality. Our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Only products sold directly through David Fleur with a valid invoice are covered under the warranty.

This warranty applies to materials and workmanship under responsible use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or neglect. This warranty does not cover the natural aging of materials or wear and tear.

The responsibility of returning the products to us is of the customer. A dated invoice must be included to show that your product was purchased within the warranty period. Upon receiving the product, it will be inspected by our experts. If a manufacturing defect such as problems with zippers or loose stitching is found, we will either repair or replace your product with the same style or a style of equal value based on the purchase price free of charge. 

This limited warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, improper care, breakage due to excessive weight or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. 

In addition to the foregoing disclaimers, our limited warranty does not cover replacement costs of electronic devices or other personal property inside or outside of David Fleur products.
